The Mackintosh Burn Limited, a PSU under Public Works Department specialized in civil Engineering construction, structural fabrication & erection, started its voyage way back in 1834 under the able guidance of Mr. James Mackintosh. The Mackintosh Burn Limited has played a significant role in building infrastructure development in the state as well as in the country. The company has constructed a lot of prestigious and historical structures since its inception like Dakshineswar Temple, Nakhoda Mosque, Jain Temple, St Paul’s cathedral, RBI building, National Library, Victoria House, Statesman House, Stock Exchange Building to name a few.
The company started spreading its wings in the construction of bridges and viaducts in the year 1975. The company with its team of dedicated expert engineers, finance professionals, technicians, is keeping its flag high.
